DESCRIPTION:

    Combo -- COMmunity Basic Operating software -- is software for running a
    web-base community; it comes with functionality for creating member web
    pages, template-based formatting, online and WebDAV-based page creation
    and editing, version control, flexible access control, and member
    downloading of copyrighted material with micropayments and without DRM
    (usage restriction).

    Combo is written in Perl and can run either as stand-alone CGI scripts or
    under mod_perl.
